1. Scope of Services

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, bookings, and product sales (including prints and digital licenses) provided by Gabriela Hinder ("Catch").

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All images, photographs, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Gabriela Hinder and are protected by Swiss and international copyright laws.

• Personal Use: Images purchased as prints are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, scan, or distribute the artwork.

• Commercial Licensing: Any commercial use of the images requires a formal, written licensing agreement. Unilateral commercial use, reproduction, or alteration of the images without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

  
  

3. Bookings and Cancellations

• Deposits: A booking is only confirmed once a mutually agreed-upon deposit or full payment has been received.

• Cancellations: If a client cancels a booked session within [Insert Number] hours/days of the scheduled time, the deposit may be retained to cover the reserved time.

  
  

4. Artistic Style and Deliverables

Catch specializes in unposed, documentary-style photography. While we strive to capture specific requested moments, the nature of candid photography means no specific shot can be guaranteed. The final selection, editing style, and number of delivered images are at the sole artistic discretion of the photographer. Raw, unedited files are not provided.

5. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure the highest quality of service, Gabriela Hinder is not liable for missed moments due to circumstances beyond her control (e.g., weather, schedule disruptions by the client, or equipment failure).

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts corresponding to Ermatingen, Thurgau.
